Private Equity Associate

I'm working with a Leading Investment Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Colombus, Ohio.Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis (e.g., LBOs, DCFs, comparable companies) to assess potential investment opportunitiesPerform in-depth due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning of target companiesSupport deal execution by coordinating with advisors (bankers, lawyers, consultants) and assisting in structuring transactionsPrepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees and senior stakeholdersMonitor portfolio companies by tracking performance, building operating models, and working with management teams on strategic initiatives
