Contract & Licensing Administrator

Position SummaryThe Contract & Licensing Administrator role is responsible for ensuring the Company and key employees maintain mandatory licensing and registration requirements, as well as supporting the maintenance of the Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) trackerJob Responsibilities/Essential DutiesEnsures that the Company obtains and maintains the required business licenses and permits to conduct construction and related services across all jurisdictions.Ensures that the Company’s ECM tracker is current, efficiently maintained, and that contracts are stored and organized.Assists with regular internal audits of the Company records.Assists in maintaining regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and collaborates with various departments to implement corrective actions when necessary.Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in compliance and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to Company policies.Assists with ensuring that all contracts comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.Must be able to sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours per day.Other duties as assigned from time to time.Required Skills And AbilitiesMust be able to task switch in a fast-paced environment, anticipate last-minute changes, and be a resourceful team player who can also function independently.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external stakeholders.A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.Excellent computer skills, including Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Mail, and Microsoft Office.Education And ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree is preferred.REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: N/AWork EnvironmentThe Contract & Licensing Administrator works in an office setting.
