NP needed for Generral Surgery in MIdland County, Michigan!Job 45429When: We have ongoing needs at this location! Pay; Great Rate of Pay Lodging, Airfare and Rental Car.Mileage provided!Setting: Inpatient, no cal l0-10 patients per shift Assist with coverage in our surgical services, including managing patient admissions and consults for trauma, general surgery, and urologyActing as hospital wide first call for all inpatient surgical services (general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, urology and colorectal surgery).The schedule would be every other week starting October 10th with a Monday-Sunday rotation (all 7 pm-7 am).The trauma/General surgery census avg= 23 patients. With the addition of the other services that the nighttime position covers/triages issues over nights (colorectal, urology, ortho, neurosurgery) the census can get up to 35-40 pts. However, all those patients don t require attention/rounding overnight. Can average anywhere from 0-10 patients during the night that provider actually has to see or round on for issues. Requirements - Providers must be able to demonstrate that they provided care to at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.
