Should be hands-on with exceptional design as well as people skills. The desired Architectural Designer should have strong production, technical, and managerial skills; having experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, educational, industrial, and retail projects.Qualifications:4+ years of architectural experience particularly in commercial building designExperience with project managementExperience with steel, concrete, and timber construction.Strong knowledge of NJ building codes and permitting.Knowledge of NY, NYC, and PA regulations is a plus.Proven experience with multifamily housing, educational, office, mixed-use, and industrial buildingsMust have strong production and technical skills.
