Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Philadelphia for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and repair, troubleshooting automotive issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting field services, diagnosing technical problems, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance. Technicians will collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective service to customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring vehicles are serviced reliably and efficientlyStrong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and fixing automotive issuesExperience in Field Service and knowledge of on-site repair proceduresExceptional Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfactionKnowledge of routine vehicle Maintenance proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license; automotive certifications are a plus
