Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Global Operations Manager__We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead global manufacturing footprint optimization initiatives. This role will define and deliver transformation programs that enhance operational agility, cost competitiveness, and regional readiness across a complex, multi-region manufacturing network.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of the defined global manufacturing footprint strategy and roadmap aligned with business line objectivesManage end-to-end program execution, including planning, governance, resource alignment, and delivery oversightDrive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and QualityIdentify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks (e.g., geopolitical, regulatory, financial, technical)Ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards across all regionsMonitor program performance, including financials (costs, cash flow, ROI) and operational KPIsEstablish and enforce standardized processes, policies, and best practices across the manufacturing networkLead and develop a network of regional project managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvementQualifications & ExperienceProven experience in global program or project management within manufacturing or operations environmentsStrong expertise in risk management, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagementDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teamsSolid understanding of global manufacturing operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regionsExperience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlKnowledge of regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and operational policiesLean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience preferredStrong strategic thinking, change management, and communication skills; multilingual capability is a plusBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
