Operations & Inventory CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee the movement and tracking of jewelry inventory across live shows, showroom operations, and trunk shows. This role is central to ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth production logistics, and strong day-to-day operational support.Key Responsibilities:Manage and track all jewelry inventory, including memo in/out processes across live shows, showroom activity, and trunk showsPrepare, organize, and reconcile inventory before and after each event or showroom useMaintain accurate, real-time records of inventory movement and ensure accountability across teamsCoordinate logistics for live productions, showroom needs, and off-site trunk shows, ensuring all pieces are accounted for and delivered on timeRun production-related errands, including pickups, deliveries, and vendor coordinationSupport general office operations, helping maintain an efficient, organized workspaceIdentify and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errorsQualifications:Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple channels and eventsReliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetComfortable handling high-value merchandise with care and discretionPrior experience in inventory management, operations, retail, or production support preferred
