This role is focused on hands-on execution and physical infrastructure support rather than senior-level architecture or engineering responsibilities.Responsibilities Responsibilities Install, remove, and rack servers and related hardwareMount rails, brackets, and supporting equipmentPerform structured cabling, patching, labeling, and cable managementValidate power connections and connectivityAssist with basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnosticsManage inventory, equipment staging, and asset handlingProvide general physical data center support and operational assistanceRequirements Qualifications Experience working in a production data center environmentHands-on rack and stack experience with servers and network hardwareKnowledge of structured cabling, labeling, and physical infrastructure best practicesAbility to perform hardware installation, relocation, and decommissioning activitiesStrong communication skills and professional demeanorIntermediate-level technical skill set focused on data center operations and supportBecause of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a “live person".
