Technologist Computed Tomography CTJob Title: CT / X-Ray Technologist (Travel) Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL, USA Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) Weekly Hours: 36 Duration: 13 WeeksJob Description: Operate CT and radiographic (X-ray) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, proper positioning, and radiation protection. Support trauma and stroke imaging workflows in a fast-paced acute care setting.Responsibilities/Duties:Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures per physician ordersPosition patients appropriately for optimal imaging resultsAdjust technical factors based on patient condition and body habitusReview physician orders and collect relevant clinical historyEnsure high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA)Assist physicians during procedures including contrast administration and supportPrepare and maintain imaging rooms, equipment, and suppliesRespond to contrast reactions and emergency/code situationsSchedule, perform, and document imaging exams accuratelyEnsure correct charge entry and documentation in systemSupport trauma and stroke imaging cases as requiredRequirements:Must be able to perform both CT and X-ray (Multimodality required)Minimum 2 years of experience including trauma and stroke casesAssociate's Degree or completion of accredited Radiologic Technology programARRT RT(R)(CT) certification requiredActive state/district radiology license requiredBLS certification required
