Responsibility'sFoster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphereEnthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationsAdhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goalsPerform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion ProgramAssists in the development and planning of programs as they relate to special events, promotions, entertainment, awareness and media.Responsible for setting up and implementing all programs, promotions, and events.Assists in the preparation of submissions for IGB approval to ensure the accuracy of all necessary documentation as it pertains to each event.Assists in the creation and verification of promotional offers with casino systems.Assists in the execution of social media and digital media content strategy and implementation.Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardMust have a high school diploma or equivalentMust know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh-level customer service skills are requiredMust be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.Read, write, speak and understand EnglishOperate in mentally and physically stressful situationsWork EnvironmentThe work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.Target SalaryTarget Salary Range $16.00 Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
