AT&T Associate

Three Cities Innovations is hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for an AT&T Associate position in Temple, TX. In this role, you will represent AT&T products and services while helping customers find wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, sales, technology, and building strong customer relationships. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will speak directly with customers, explain available service options, answer questions, and assist with new service activations and account updates. Responsibilities Greeting and engaging customers in a professional and friendly manner Learning about each customer’s wireless, internet, and connectivity needs Presenting AT&T wireless plans, mobile devices, home internet options, and service bundles Explaining product features, pricing, promotions, and available service options clearly Assisting customers with new service activations, account updates, upgrades, and order processing Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process Answering customer questions and helping resolve concerns with professionalism Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Staying informed on AT&T products, services, promotions, and technology updates Working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals Representing Three Cities Innovations and AT&T with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment.
