The care team currently includes 6 MFM physicians and 1 ARNP, as well as certified genetic counselors, sonographers, a grief counselor and a dedicated MFM case manager. MFM physicians typically work a 4-day work week, share weekend rounding responsibilities for the MFM service, and provide inpatient and outpatient consultations with no in-house call. Our fully equipped antenatal testing and diagnostic units are AIUM-accredited and employ the most up-to-date technology for remote ultrasound coverage and telemedicine services.Providers at MultiCare are recognized as being among the best in the Northwest Region. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $467,333.00 - $518,046.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
