Apply via Dice today!Job Description -Scrum Master(PV W2)Location: position is Onsite at 4910 Tiedeman Rd Brooklyn, Oh 44144 5 days onsite need local and candidates within 35 miles onlyDuration: 6 Months Mode of Interview: Skype Need Proper and Linked in and Prior Banking and Financial EXP is MUST!!!Responsibilities:Act as a Change Agent with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward an agile environmentFacilitate Scrum processes and events enabling team maturity and effectiveness leveraging data driven metricsCreate an agile mindset with focus on agile value and principles leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation resulting in delivery of high value increments which meet the Definition of DoneEnable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, acceptance criteria, definitions of done / readyFacilitate program level agile ceremonies to include dependency mapping, release planning and scope alignment across Product teamsEnable the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team s progressFacilitate communication and partnership inside and outside the team to include stakeholder engagementProtect the team from distractions allowing for focus to meet sprint and program commitmentsPromote self-organization and cross-functionality of the team coaching each role to enable high performance of the teamQualifications: Required:Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner5+ years working as a Scrum MasterExpert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomesExpert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing)Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), MS Teams, Monday.com or similar agile management toolsExperience as a Project Manager in a waterfall environment. Familiarity with both agile and waterfall is a bonusDemonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment
