About the Role As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll be the face of AmeriClean in customers' homes and businesses. You'll operate professional-grade cleaning systems to remove dust, allergens, debris, and contaminants from HVAC systems and dryer vents — creating healthier indoor environments and better airflow efficiency. This isn't just about cleaning ducts — it's about delivering a service that helps customers live better and breathe better. Your income grows with your effort. Along with competitive base pay, AmeriClean technicians can increase their earnings through: * Upselling additional services like indoor air quality products, dryer vent accessories, and air duct restoration services * Selling additional AmeriClean services What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Operate advanced negative air machines, vacuum systems, and air powered cleaning tools Educate customers on indoor air quality and energy efficiency benefits. Identify and recommend optional services that improve system performance. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver five-star service. Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept in excellent condition. Complete daily service logs and reports accurately. What You'll Bring A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces. Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
