The Chef-Kitchen Manager is responsible for all food production, food purchases and food budget. Includes preparing: soups, roasting meats, salad dressings, sauces, condiments, baking. Manage 2-3 BOH kitchen team members. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.This position can be full or part-time. No evenings, weekends required.
