Kitchen Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of kitchen renovations. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts, while also managing the sales process from initial consultation through to project completion. A successful Kitchen Designer will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell products and services that enhance the overall design. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen design Create detailed kitchen layouts using 20-20 Design/Cyncly Design Flex software Conduct on-site measurements and assessments for renovation projects Develop design concepts that complement the overall kitchen aesthetic Manage the sales process, including inside and outside sales efforts Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring high-end sales standards Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on various materials and finishes Maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service Assist in merchandising kitchen products within retail environments Skills Proficiency in 20-20 Design/Cyncly Design Flex software for layout design Strong negotiation skills with experience in high-end sales Knowledge of renovation, construction, and remodeling processes Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with retail math, stocking procedures, and product demos Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations Experience in marketing strategies related to kitchen design products Join our team as a Kitchen Designer where your creativity will help transform spaces into beautiful, functional kitchens that meet our clients' needs!
