The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and a collaborative team member.Typical Surgical Hours: Monday to Thursday, starting at 7 AMWork Schedule: 2+ consecutive days per week, based on demandPosition Type: 1099 contractorQualifications and Experience:Graduation from an accredited U.S. dental school (DDS/DMD) is required.Completion of a U.S. surgical program with certification to practice oral surgery.An unrestricted, active dental license in the state of practice.DEA registration is necessary.Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.Experience with the All-on-X procedure is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Conduct dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomy as needed.Collaborate closely with restorative doctors to develop treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.Examine, diagnose, and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.Adhere to center policies and procedures, as well as safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.A Typical Day for a Surgeon at Our Organization Includes:Arriving punctually for surgical preparation.Reviewing patient health histories, radiographs, and treatment plans.Performing exceptional surgeries within a collaborative team environment.Documenting comprehensive notes post-surgery.Collaborating with the team on upcoming cases.Feeling fulfilled by positively impacting patients' lives.Success in this role is characterized by delivering consistent, high-quality clinical care and effectively executing treatment plans.
