Willing to obtain is allowed.Certifications BLSSpecialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical ICU (MICU) in last 3 years.Skills Assessment MIC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations I am willing to float up to 25 miles to other MaineHealth facilities.Additional Confirmations I understand by applying to this position I potentially will be considered a local traveler and receive a local pay rate if I live within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility.Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than two holidays off during my assignment.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical declinations are accepted.Travel Contract Must travel at least 90.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
