DailyPay- gives you the flexibility to access your earnings immediately- on your own schedule!What You Bring2+ years of experience with behavioral health billing system configuration and billing matricesExperience interpreting managed care or payer contracts, including reimbursement rules and fee schedulesHands-on experience with Behavioral Health EHR systemsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to analyze complex billing and reimbursement data and spot inconsistencies or trendsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate across teamsYour RoleConfigure the Behavioral Health EHR system to ensure accurate billing based on payer contracts and rulesMaintain and update billing matrices, data dictionaries, and related EHR formsInterpret payer and managed care contracts to identify billing requirements, rates, and reimbursement rulesMonitor payer websites and portals for updates to billing guidelines and apply changes as neededIdentify and resolve billing issues, including missing data, configuration errors, and rate discrepanciesAnalyze billing data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue improvementMaintain accurate contract and configuration documentation and support contract renewalsImport Early Intervention and Intellectual Disability services from HCSIS into Credible weeklyCollaborate with billing, finance, and operational teams to ensure accurate and compliant billingPerform additional duties as assignedAbout Lenape Valley FoundationSince 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
