Company DescriptionWAssists Youth Management, as well as Peformance Director, by analyzing data and producing meaningful reports to support business decisions. Analyzes processes for efficiency, process improvement, and automates processes using existing technology. Works closely with team members and senior management regarding system enhancements, data collection, analysis, and reporting, while providing technical support to field staff, primarily by phone and/or email.Job DescriptionMonitors database used to track placements and enrollments, providing regular reports to Program Manager. Produces weekly reports analyzing placements and enrollments from the various programs and performance measures as compared to contract requirements. Evaluates the performance of systems utilizing TWC Mainframe, TIERS, and WIT and Tableau to provide data to support trends and outcomes. Provides program support by distributing active and inactive reports to the system for follow up for appropriate actions to take place. Customizes Workforce reports to provide data needed to measure performance, improve performance and identify areas of concern for the system. Supports the program by analyzing and driving performance outcomes for MSG, Credential, Q2 and Q4 measures. Assists the system with case reviews to identify exclusions, while ensuring that monthly follow up services are provided after program exit. Responsible for identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas and provide appropriate strategies to resolve them Serves as mentor to system, providing best practices/technical assistance to fill gap needs. Regularly monitors business performance and generates performance reports to management, giving a clear picture of performance outcomes on a monthly basis. Assists the system by processing Work Number Requests geared towards impacting employment performance outcomes. Assists with reviewing and analyzing data to assist with meeting performance measures and contract goals. Evaluates internal reports and provide the Director all required monitoring documents on time. Identifies appropriate performance measurements and develop process review checklists for quality control and contract compliance. Produces quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log. Responsible for updating the Performance Tracker, providing centers information geared towards timely service delivery. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsAt least 3 year’s experience analyzing data and producing reports. Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint user. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
