This role is hands-on and field-based, supporting parking operations, assisting drivers, and helping maintain orderly vehicle movement in high-traffic urban areas. This position requires strong awareness, customer interaction, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect vehicles and pedestrians to maintain safe and efficient parking flow Assist drivers with parking guidance and general questions Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with site rules and safety practices Maintain organized vehicle movement during peak hours Report issues, hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly Provide courteous, professional assistance to the public at all timesMinimum RequirementsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety proceduresSkillsSituational awareness and alertness Problem-solving and quick decision-making Professional demeanor when interacting with the public Teamwork and reliability Basic reporting and communication skills
