Our team takes pride in creating durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing products that support communities across the country.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at Graber Manufacturing, Inc. This role will primarily involve operating our CNC VB-80 Bender to fabricate precision-formed metal components for our Madrax and Thomas Steele product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, particularly in CNC bending operations.Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate the CNC VB-80 Bender machine to bend various metal materials according to design specifications.Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise bending outcomes.Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Inspect finished parts to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.Cross-train in other areas of fabrication, including cutting, welding, and assembly, to support production needs.Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:Previous experience operating CNC bending machines is preferredProficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in executing fabrication tasks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production targets.Familiarity with other fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, and assembly is advantageous.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is preferred.Work Environment:The majority of work will be performed in a manufacturing facility with noise levels typical to that environment.
