*Company Background*Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.ConsortiEX™ is a health care technology firm, located in Milwaukee, that provides highly innovative IT systems and services for pharmacy to manage the ordering, distribution, and tracking of pharmaceuticals for hospitals and affiliated networks from Pedigree to Patient®.*Job Summary*The Customer Operations Data Specialist is the subject matter expert within the Operations team for implementing and maintaining Customer Master Data, EDI and EPCIS Data Feeds. This is a full-time position working in our downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.*Responsibilities will include:** Configuring and maintaining our growing master data network of customers, trading partners, and product data within the ConsortiEX software.* Coordinating with third-parties for enabling EDI and EPCIS connections and integrations with ConsortiEX software.* On-going monitoring of EDI and EPCIS connections for data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.* Identifying, escalating, and managing resolution of data quality issues – both internally with software development team – and externally with trading partners.* Developing standard work to improve data management processes and procedures.* Collaborating with cross functional teams for all Master Data, EDI, and EPCIS related issues and questions.* Performing other assigned duties or special projects as required.Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting startup environment. xibtplm *Requirements:** College degree or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience* Strong reporting analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills and professional and friendly customer service* Ability to work effectively with business and technical personnel to drive issue resolution* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously* Organized and attentive to detail*Preferred:** Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and EPCIS (Electronic Product Code Information Services) data formats* Knowledge of Atlassian Jira (for work requests, tasks, and ticket tracking; project management) and Confluence (for Team knowledge base, procedures and project documentation).* Ability to identify and implement business process improvements* Experience with MS Office* Applicants with pharmacy backgrounds are encouraged to applyPay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Commuter assistance* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Vision insuranceEducation:* Associate (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Milwaukee, WI 53202 (Required)Work Location: In person
