Role Description This is a full-time for a Project Manager, located in Nottingham, MD. The Project Manager will oversee and manage remodeling and construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising all project activities, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining schedules and budgets, and communicating effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. The Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management, resource allocation, and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
