SAP Talent Acquisition Analyst

The Talent Acquisition IT System Analyst is a member of the HRIS Global Talent Management Team and plays a pivotal role in the administration, governance and adoption of our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding systems. This role focuses on driving system initiatives that accelerate Recruiting system user adoption, elevate the user experience, and automate Recruiting process efficiencies. Working with Foundever Recruiting Stakeholders and the HRIS Global Talent Manager, this role delivers the system enhancements and projects to exploit the full capabilities of system investments within the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and onboarding modules. The Talent Acquisition IT System Analyst is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the HRIS Manager of the Global Talent Management team for all work definition, work organization and quality control of delivered outcomes.Job ResponsibilitiesSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding system administration globallyAct as a subject matter expert on the development and expansion of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding system processes globally with an emphasis on user adoption, process simplification, process automation and improved user experienceManage system changes to Production adhering to HRIS and IT documentation and procedural requirementsManage Tier 2 and 3 Recruiting & Onboarding support tickets and respond timely, accurately and professionallyUse standard analytical tools to perform root cause analysis and resolve application problemsServe as subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding & ParadoxAdhere to delivery, audit and compliance schedules for system release deliverablesResearch, analyze and test Recruiting & Onboarding product releasesCollaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional mannerTo perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by their immediate superior that are related to the Recruiting technology areaSkills And Qualifications3+ years experience working in a global organization responsible for SuccessFactors Recruiting & OnboardingBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRecruiting & Onboarding process knowledge with an emphasis on best practicesStrong analytical and problem solving, solution design, requirements analysis and documentation skillsExcellent time management, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and follow-up skillsGlobal mindset and experience in global system administration for global Recruiting projects using multiple system languagesUser-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple organizational levelsAbility to consult and work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage buy-in and accomplish objectivesExperience with the entire SDLC lifecycle for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Modules with strong experience in RBPExperience performing system auditsFocus on learning and continuous improvementSuccessFactors RXM certification or the desire to obtain certificationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex issuesAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentWork independently with some supervision, while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlinesAbility to work and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfactionProven experience with system design and configuration choices that solve business problemsAbility to identify, communicate and pursue opportunities for automation, process interoperability and efficiencyProactive, strategic, and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectivenessExperience in SuccessFactors Talent Management, Performance and Goal modules is highly desired but not essentialExperience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0Experience in migrating from SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation highly advantageousFluent in written and spoken English (C1 Level minimum)Ability to work US time zone hoursAbout UsFoundever® is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.
