With over 100,000 successful serves completed, we are expanding our team of dedicated Process Servers. > Job Description We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Legal Process Servers. In this role, you will be delivering legal documents (such as summons, subpoenas, and complaints) to individuals and businesses while documenting all attempts and successful serves in our digital platform. > Responsibilities Serve legal documents in accordance with state and local laws Log attempts and service updates in our software (ServeManager) Communicate with office regarding special instructions, service difficulties, or rush requests Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Navigate efficiently using maps or GPS Occasionally print documents (for rush serves) > Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone and ability to use ServeManager or similar app Basic knowledge of legal process serving OR willingness to learn Must pass background check Familiarity with local neighborhoods is a plus > What We Offer Flexible, independent contractor work — set your own schedule Competitive per-serve pay with opportunities for bonus High-volume clients = steady workflow Training and support to get you up to speed quickly ServeManager access provided > How to Apply Email info@coloradoserving.com with: Your name and contact info Resume Any relevant experience or certifications (if applicable) > Pay is per job not hourly Good Serve: $25 for the first 25 serves, then $30 thereafter. You must find the defendant or someone related to the defendant (full name and relationship required). Bad Serve: $12You confirm it is a bad address, with the full name of the person confirming the defendant doesn’t live there, or that the place is empty, bad, or vacant.
