Installer II
The Lead Field Installer will coordinate the activities of a team of installers on various job sites. The individual in this role is responsible for providing direction, setting goals, and offering feedback to team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the activities of a team of installers on-site.Travel to client locations which includes hospitals and healthcare facilities to deliver and install high-value medical equipment. Performs tasks such as uncrating, assembling, positioning, leveling, connecting utilities, and testing units.Analyze daily work orders, manage installation schedules, equipment deliveries, and construction timelines.Accurately and promptly submit administrative documents, including work orders, daily installation updates, expense reports, and timesheets.Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, proper documentation, customer management, and professional conduct that aligns with EMSAR’s image.Comply with Quality, ISO, and safety regulations, as well as company travel and expense policies.Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, contractors, management, and team members. Follow all customer protocols when entering and exiting facilities and adhere to EMSAR and customer health and safety procedures.Provide support and mentorship to entry-level installers.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.QualificationsAssociate's degree in mechanical, construction, or related field, with at least one year of related experience orHigh School Diploma/GED with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, which may include vocational/apprenticeship/company training programs.Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Experience with large sterilizers (autoclaves) highly preferred. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.Proficient in computers and Windows software.Valid driver's license with the ability to drive personal, fleet, and/or rental vehicles.Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities, including working outside "normal business hours" and traveling as needed.Must be able to comply with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Work Environment And Physical Demands100% regional travel is required.Extensive periods of standing and walking while performing services.Frequent bending, squatting, and stair climbing.Ability to use both hands without restriction and manipulate small hand tools.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 125 pounds with the assistance of material lifts, dollies, and mechanical movers.Our Commitment To YouA great team environment.Supportive leadership.
