Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Uniontown, PA. The Service Technician will perform tasks such as troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, carrying out preventative maintenance, and providing field service support to ensure systems are functioning efficiently. The role also involves interacting with customers to assess their technical needs, respond to service inquiries, and deliver effective solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in technical scenariosExperience in Field Service operations and ability to work independently on-siteExceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearlyRelevant certification or licensure in HVAC systems or a related fieldAbility to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocolsPrevious experience in HVAC or related systems is highly desirableValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
