Director of Facilities - Eastside Catholics (Cincinnati, OH)

Posted: 04/28/2026The Director of Facilities provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all facilities, maintenance, security, and infrastructure operations across the parish family.This role ensures that all campuses-including churches, schools, and shared spaces-are safe, functional, well-maintained, welcoming, and supportive of the parish's mission-to lead people to holiness. This role is expected to operate at both a strategic and operational level, with a primary focus on leadership, planning, and execution through teams, vendors, and systems. The Director and the facilities team support event logistics and infrastructure but does not serve as the primary event owner.As a key member of the operational leadership team, the Director of Facilities partners closely with the Integrator (EOS), in alignment with the Pastor's vision, to plan for current and future facility needs, steward parish resources responsibly, and execute operational priorities.
