This role requires a proactive and eager learner who can support team members, handle administrative duties, and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. The Intern will gain exposure to different aspects of the company and play a key role in research, documentation, social media management, and project support.Core ResponsibilitiesDepartmental Assistance:Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisors from different departments, supporting a range of activities and projects.Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and contribute effectively to daily operations.Meeting Documentation:Attend meetings, take comprehensive minutes, and ensure accurate distribution to team members.Maintain detailed records of discussions, decisions, and action items to support project tracking and accountability.Research and Data Management:Conduct research as requested by supervisors, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.Update and manage data and records to support ongoing projects and departmental needs.Social Media and Content Creation:Update and manage social media platforms, creating and posting engaging content and visuals.Write and edit copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with the company’s communication strategy.Project and Campaign Support:Assist with current projects and upcoming campaigns, providing support for planning, execution, and follow-up tasks.Collaborate with team members to contribute to project success and meet deadlines.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
