Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and implementing creative and functional interior design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, drafting construction drawings, selecting and proposing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves direct client interactions, project management, and ensuring design concepts align with client visions and project requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning and Interior DesignProficiency in Architecture principles and creating detailed Construction DrawingsExperience in selecting and sourcing FF&EStrong project management, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with interior design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar toolsAbility to work on-site in the Omaha Metropolitan AreaBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferredExperience in commercial or office interior design is a plus
