Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Alpine, Utah, for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, supervising contractors, addressing project risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Qualifications Project Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation skillsStrong understanding of Budgeting, Cost Control, and Financial OversightExperience in Risk Management and Problem-Solving during project executionAbility to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholdersTechnical knowledge of Construction Methods, Codes, and Building MaterialsProficiency in Project Management software toolsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldPMP Certification or equivalent is a plusPrevious experience managing design-build projects is highly desirable
