Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Home: Décor, Coffee, and Tea Event Coordinator who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.Marketplace Event Coordinator Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency; 1-3+ years of event coordination , sales, and visual merchandising experience; current Food Handler's Permit upon hire, requireProficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferredA passion for teamwork and building communityStrong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skillExcellent problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and adaptabilityMarketplace Event Coordinator Responsibilities: Attend goal-setting meetings with management, marketing, and event teamsPlan, execute, and represent our brands at on-site and off-site events and provide reports on ROI and KPI metricsTrain and lead the team of Baristas and Associates in sales goals and accountabilityEnsure that the Marketplace is open and operating during scheduled shifts, including: - Selling merchandise on the floor - Receiving, tagging, and merchandising inventory - Packaging retail products for Coffee and Tea - Executing quarterly display updates - Supporting annual inventory countsPay: $18.00-$22.00/hr. non-exempt plus tips and bonuses.Benefits: 401(k) profit-sharing retirement planMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offMileage reimbursementEmployee discountsEmployee referral programsSchedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, (on-site).5-1-hour unpaid meal break, non-exemptRotating schedule: - Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm - Saturday: 7:30am-3:30pm.Application Question(s): Are you able to pass a motor vehicle report, background check, and drug screening for illegal substances?Are you authorized to work in the U.S.?If you feel you are the right fit for this position, apply here or in-person at our Design Center: Powered by JazzHR
