Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Thermoforming Operator for a full-time, on-site position at our Appleton, WI facility. The Thermoforming Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality packaging products. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, performing equipment adjustments, inspecting products for quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are integral parts of this role. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining thermoforming machineryStrong mechanical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipmentKnowledge of quality control processes and attention to detail to ensure product standardsBasic understanding of safety practices and the ability to adhere to workplace safety regulationsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentPhysical ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery in a manufacturing settingPrior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certification preferred
