(commensurate with experience)Contract Role – 6 months initiallyHybrid Schedule – Monday through Thursday in office, Friday remoteWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Design Coordinator to support cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced design and drafting environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys keeping projects moving efficiently, and has a strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and track multiple design-related projects from initiation through completionMonitor schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project successCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and workflow executionIdentify project risks, bottlenecks, or delays and proactively implement solutionsSupport project documentation, reporting, and status updatesHelp maintain consistency with design processes, workflows, and industry standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Power AppsFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Visio is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work independentlyTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration and accountabilitySelf-starter mentality with a proactive approach to ownership and executionEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, or a related field preferred2–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally within a design, drafting, or creative services environmentPMP certification is a plus but not requiredSuccess in this role will be measured by:Timely completion of projects and deliverablesEffective budget and resource coordinationPositive stakeholder and client feedbackReduction in project delays through proactive issue resolutionIf you’re interested in learning more, apply today!
