Job Title: Ballpark Operations AssociateThe Ballpark Operations Associate plays a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and memorable experience for fans on game days. This position is cross-functional, with staff rotating between roles such as ushering, parking operations, box office support, and concessions assistance.This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires strong communication, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.What You'll Do:Guest Services & UsheringGreet fans and provide a welcoming, positive experience upon arrivalAssist with ticket scanning and direct guests to seating sectionsMonitor seating areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and accessibilityRespond to guest questions, concerns, and requests in a professional mannerParking OperationsDirect vehicle traffic efficiently before, during, and after gamesAssist fans with parking instructions and general wayfindingMaintain safe and organized parking lot flowCommunicate with supervisors regarding capacity and any issuesBox Office SupportAssist with ticket sales, will call distribution, and customer inquiriesOperate ticketing systems and handle transactions accuratelyResolve ticketing issues with a customer-first approachConcessions & Operations SupportSupport concessions staff with restocking, running orders and maintaining cleanlinessAssist with inventory movement and general operational needsEnsure concession areas remain organized and efficientGeneral Game Day DutiesAssist with stadium setup and breakdown before and after gamesSupport promotional activities and in-game entertainment as neededPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or operations staffBe flexible and ready to rotate between roles throughout the eventWhat You BringStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPositive attitude and willingness to take on various responsibilitiesReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and work outdoorsMust be available for nights, weekends, and holidays during the seasonCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: 16.90Location: Blair Field in Long Beach, CaliforniaAbout IBP: Innovation Baseball ("IBP") is an ownership group and operating company building a portfolio of independent minor league baseball teams.
