PROJECT MANAGER — IAM Program Enhancement Services- Contract Position
ABOUT THE ROLEClient is seeking a Project Manager to oversee an Identity Access Management (IAM) enhancement engagement, maturing the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementation through strategic improvements, automation, and continuous operational support.RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead project coordination and management across all IAM workstreams- Schedule and facilitate weekly check-ins and twice-quarterly planning sessions- Manage Work Authorizations (WAs) and ensure timelines and deliverables are met- Coordinate steering committee meetings with HR/Workday, SailPoint ISC, and ServiceNow teams- Oversee knowledge transfer documentation and final deliverables- Manage personnel changes via Personnel Change Order Request Forms- Escalate issues to Client stakeholders per the problem escalation protocolREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 5 years of project management experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools- At least 3 years in a lead capacity- Bachelor's degree (additional experience may substitute year-for-year)- Valid PMP certification from PMI (mandatory — cannot be substituted)This is C2C Contract RoleHybrid ModelPlease review the qualifications carefully.
