The organization collaborates with self-funded employers, government health insurance plans, and organizations offering health insurance benefits to create accessible healthcare solutions. Health One Alliance has developed innovative technology products, including a personal health record portal for covered members of insurance or employer-sponsored plans. The organization also markets specialized electronic health record systems to providers in niche industries such as wound care centers. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, based in Irving, TX, with opportunities to work remotely. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, identifying process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user acceptance testing, and delivering detailed project reports to ensure successful project implementations and process optimization. Qualifications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExperience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentationProficiency with business analysis tools, workflow documentation, and reporting softwareExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsSolid organizational skills with a focus on detail, time management, and multitasking abilityBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldUnderstanding of healthcare administration or technology systems is a plusPrior experience in a hybrid work environment is advantageous
