Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
