Haitai always operates with the philosophy of putting the health of our customers as our top priority.Haitai Inc. is looking for qualified individuals for following positions.Location: CERRITOS, CAPosition: Accounting/HR AdministratorSalary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year or negotiable for experienced candidatesEssential Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to the following):HR DutiesMaintain job posting sources, phone screen, and background checks.Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.Organize and maintain personnel records.Worker's compensation injuries, claims and return to work management.Be available to serve in backup capacity for other Administrative Functions.Accounting DutiesReview, verify and enter invoices (A/P).Prepare and process accounts payable checks and ACH payments.Prepare and process payroll checks.Make payroll tax deposits on time.Prepare payroll quarterly reports, and yearly reports.Prepare W-2 forms and 1099 forms.Prepare 401(k) report and deposits.Prepare 401(K) Form 5500.Make General Journal entries.Prepare and process various tax and license payments.Other Accounting related work.Requirements:Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.2-3 years of experience preferred.Position: Purchasing StaffSalary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/YR. or negotiable for experienced candidatesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and placing purchase orders.Assist in resolving pricing and invoice issues with suppliers/vendors in timely manner.Logistics activities for timely delivery of goods.Monitoring inventory status.Data collection and market research as necessary.Some travel may be required (domestic/overseas).Requirements:Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.2-3 years of experience preferred.Employee Benefits:J-18808-Ljbffr
