Our team works with a matching engine that processes millions of job transitions and a database of millions of clinicians - giving us a far stronger starting point than any traditional staffing firm. The result: dramatically higher productivity, faster placements, and significantly higher earning potential.The RoleWe're hiring a Content Specialist to work directly alongside Lucid's Founder and President as his content partner. You'll execute B2B and B2C social campaigns and thought leadership for both Lucid Staffing Solutions and the President's personal brand. You'll also build B2B email campaigns in HubSpot for prospective clients.You'll report to our Senior Marketing Manager at AdeptID. Day-to-day direction comes from the President. You'll meet for 15-minute daily huddles and one-to-two deeper sessions per week to align on themes, voice, and execution.This is a highly executional role. We're looking for someone who moves fast, is detail-oriented, and follows brand guidelines, not a strategist looking for someone else to do the doing.What You'll DoWrite thought leadership posts and articles for the President's LinkedIn: the primary focus of this roleManage and grow Lucid's LinkedIn presence in parallel: targeting staffing industry leaders, hospital networks, and healthcare organizationsExecute B2B email marketing campaigns in HubSpot for client acquisition: sequences, segmentation, testing, draftingCreate content for Facebook (secondary channel) targeting clinical audiences across both the President's personal page and Lucid's brand pageSupport other Lucid socials (Instagram, etc.) as content allows. Much of the work will be cross-platform adaptableWork closely with the BDR to align marketing content with outbound business development campaignsMonitor analytics weekly: open rates, click-throughs, engagement, and suggest changes based on what's workingTrack all tasks for marketing alignment and brand-guideline reviewWhy This Job Is DifferentDirect partnership with a founder. You'll use a tool belt of AI tools across writing, design, video, and content automation. Slide decks done the old-fashioned way aren't your default.Deep industry exposure. A year in this role will give you more healthcare staffing context than three years at a generic marketing job. You'll learn the buyer, the clinician, the staffing motion, and the technology powering it.Career-shaping breadth. Writing, design, video, email, social: you'll touch every part of the modern content stack.A brand clinicians and clients trust. Lucid's clinician-first approach gives your content a foundation that competitors can't match.What Success Looks LikeFirst 30 days: Align on voice and messaging, building out email marketing sequences in HubSpot, familiar with social channels and brand guidelines.First 60 days: Posting consistently on LinkedIn, tweaking based on early performance signals, testing email sequences with the BDR.First 90 days: Measurable results: connections, meetings booked from outbound, growing open and click-through rates, established posting cadence with a clear content calendar.Ongoing:Strong, consistent writingGrowing LinkedIn follower count and engagement across multiple brand accountsWeekly analytics review with suggested improvementsReliable execution on-brand, on-scheduleWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in social media, content, or email marketing. Highly executional rather than strategic. Detail-oriented. Articulate. Moves fast and can take an idea and run with itSkills:Strong copywriting: can ghostwrite in someone else's voice and make it sound authenticBasic graphic design (Canva)Video editing (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere)Email marketing fluency. HubSpot experience a plusGenuine AI fluency. interest in and demonstrated use of AI tools for content creation, editing, and workflow.
