Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolioYour role and responsibilitiesLead the implementation of solutions in Oracle Cloud Financials ERP, providing oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development and integration of the application.Contribute to and support the enterprise design and integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP application and other enterprise systems.Work closely and collaboratively with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Cloud Financials.Lead the design of comprehensive solutions leveraging expertise and the expertise of the team to ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices.Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and other 3rd party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operability.Required technical and professional expertise7-10 years of experience as a delivery consultant and at least 3 years' experience as a senior delivery lead or Solution Architect. Must be able to lead effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Preferred technical and professional experienceDeep understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials - GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, Taxes.Understanding of accounting processes and workflows and how it relates to the application and client business requirements.Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues and propose effective solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP.Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific client business requirements.Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal instructions.Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written.
