Microsoft Fabric Data Lead-Remote workLocation: Remote workDuration: 12 Months+Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end data architecture using Microsoft FabricBuild and manage data pipelines, dataflows, and LakehousesWork with Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data modelingIntegrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, cloud, and on-prem systems)Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practicesOptimize performance and scalability of data solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide hands-on development and troubleshooting supportRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in data engineering or data architectureStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Power BIExperience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processesKnowledge of data warehousing and lakehouse architectureFamiliarity with Azure cloud servicesStrong problem-solving and communication skills
