A DAY IN THE LIFESeasoned professional responsible to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key processes that influence customer satisfaction and/or enhance and streamline organizational effectiveness, while ensuring goals, timelines and desired outcomes are met and sustainably implemented.STEP INTO THE ROLEAligns Blattner's business goals to be an industry leader by improving and implementing procedures and processes as directed by the Manager I, Continuous Improvement.Facilitates complex cross functional projects from conception to completion.Calculates potential and actual cost to be used in process improvement evaluations.Completes time studies on processes and methods to help achieve balance and flow. Defines the business case for each initiative with input from stakeholders by identifying and gaining agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Training and Development or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5 years of related experience, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role.
