Front Desk Welcome Staff
As Front Desk Staff, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You'll help manage daily check-ins, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support the overall customer experience. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and somewhat tech-savvy team players who are passionate about sports, fitness, and excellent service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional mannerAnswer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about programs, bookings, and membershipsAssist with court reservations, event sign-ups, and POS transactionsKeep the front desk and lobby area clean and organizedOpen or close the facility depending on shift assignmentMonitor activity and enforce facility rules and safety policiesSupport staff and coaches during events, clinics, and tournamentsAssist with basic administrative duties as assignedMake sure locker rooms/bathrooms are clean and picked up. No major cleaning responsibilities, though.QualificationsCustomer service or front desk experience preferredComfortable with computers, reservation systems, and payment processingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFriendly, team-oriented, and dependableAbility to multitask in a busy environmentMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsMust be 18 years or olderBonus if You HaveExperience in a sports or recreation environmentKnowledge of tennis or pickleballcurrent TIPS certificationCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified)
