As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.Position SummaryThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing roofing projects from start to finish. This includes scheduling, coordinating crews, communicating with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring work meets company and industry standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities* Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from start to completion* Manage and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and resources* Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance* Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly* Track project budgets, timelines, and reports* Work with the leadership team to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunitiesQualifications* Prior project management experience (roofing or construction industry preferred)* Strong leadership and team coordination skills* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Working knowledge of project management tools and construction best practices* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas* Experience with CRM or project management software is helpful, but not requiredCompensation* Pay is based on experience level* Competitive benefits package available (if applicable)* Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company
