Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the position.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred. Candidates should be comfortable treating ages 10 through geriatric.Availability for a full-time schedule of 30+ hours; flexible part-time and 4x10 options may be considered.Dry needling or other specialty services experience is a plus but not required.Benefits:Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 (paid half at 90 days and half at 6 months).Retention bonus of $3,000 after 3 years (may increase to $4,000).Productivity bonuses paid quarterly; potential up to approximately $11,000/year based on productivity thresholds.Annual continuing education allowance of $2,500.Opportunities for additional pay for optional Saturday hours.EMR system: TherOffice.Location HighlightsFrederick, MD offers historic charm, outdoor recreation, and family-friendly amenities.
