Location: Huntington Beach, CAPay Rate: 21-23/hourSchedule: variesAssignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Overview Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an Extrusion Packaging / Machine Operator . This position involves operating extrusion equipment, performing machine setups, monitoring product quality, and packaging finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate extrusion equipment to produce materials according to production ordersPerform machine setup and adjustments to ensure efficient operationMonitor production processes and conduct quality control checks Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of respirators when required Qualifications (Must-Have) Experience operating extrusion equipment Ability to perform machine setup independentlyKnowledge of quality control procedures in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards Ability and willingness to wear a respirator Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experienceStrong communication skills and ability to follow instructionsExperience in fast-paced production environments Perks & Benefits Weekly paycheckCompetitive pay + overtime opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) optionsAccess to Adecco Aspire Academy for free upskilling courses Why Work With Adecco?
