Welder $18-$27/hrThis is a temp to hire position Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Welder for our fabricating client.ResponsibilitiesOperates welding machine that feeds wire to bond materials Plans work by interpreting blueprints Determines welding position and type of metal to be fused Selects and sets up welding equipment Ensures welds meet standards and specifications Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of the company's QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. Location: Hobart, IN Schedule/Shift Details This position will be a first shift position. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.
