Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily billing, B2B collections, and customer account management activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow, resolving discrepancies, and delivering a high level of customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and issue customer invoices on a daily basisUpload invoices to customer portals and ensure timely deliveryInitiate collection efforts via phone and email to resolve outstanding balancesAnalyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actionsPrepare and maintain reports on collections and aging activityResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, account adjustments, and payment issuesMaintain accurate account records including communications, reconciliations, and adjustmentsProcess credit card payments and support efforts to reduce past-due balancesCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience preferredWorking knowledge of billing and collection processesStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellenceKnowledge of ERP systems and Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
